Return Policy

Every product purchased at CTech Shop is a unique, custom-made item printed just for you. Because of this, all sales are subject to the return conditions below. We do not resell any returned products — they are all donated.

Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order at any time before it enters the printing step in production. Once an order is in production it cannot be cancelled. At that point you may return it (subject to the restocking fee below) or exchange it for a different size at no charge.

Our Fault: If the issue is on our end — misprints, defects, or wrong items shipped — we'll make it right with a full refund or free replacement at no cost to you. No restocking fee applies. Return window: 30 days from delivery.

All Other Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed in original condition. A 30% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns. Orders over $100 are exchange-only — no refunds, but you may exchange for a different size or style at no additional cost.

How to Start a Return: To start a return, email us at support@printoracle.com or call 1-855-502-4500. Our team will guide you through the process and provide return instructions.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
